		<description>It is difficult to answer that without seeing it. It could be a form of decoration, which is some indication of showmanship, although this sounds as though it would be minimal showmanship, since two dots are not very flamboyant.  Alternatively, it could be a form of saying &quot;that&#039;s it, I&#039;ve said all I&#039;m going to say!&quot;.
