Are you responsible?  Or are you reliable?

Responsibility

The desire to take on things that need to be done.


These people often look for opportunities to offer their help, sometimes to take over a task completely.

It can be done to get ahead and get noticed.

Sometimes people with a strong desire for responsibility will take on more than they can handle, or may offer to do something so someone else doesn’t do it and get the “glory.”

One way or the other, they are the people who are in their saying “I can do that. Give it to me.”

Desire for responsibility shows in large initial loops, going in a clockwise direction.  Often found in capital M, N and W.  The bigger the loops, the stronger the desire.

Reliability

Oon the other hand, reliability does not indicate that the writer necessarily actively looks for things to take on.

It does however show a writer who, when they have something that needs to be done, they can be relied upon to do it.

It is the trait of stability.

It is also the same traits that shows rhythm in music – or reliable beat.

So it is the reliable beat in life as well as in music.

Rhythm shows in writing that returns to the baseline at regular intervals.

Of course, these are just two individual traits and as with all traits, are influenced by what else appears in the writing.

The same writer can, naturally, show both a desire for responsibility and rhythm, in which case they would probably be able to be relied upon to carry through what they undertake to do.
